The Spa

Our spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that during the winter months, there may be changes to our operating hours.

We kindly recommend that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

To ensure you have the perfect spa experience, our team is happy to assist with scheduling and helping you choose the best treatments for your needs.

We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and treatments. We can also offer spa treatments in the privacy of your room, subject to availability, with an additional charge of 50%.

We understand that plans may change, and we always do our best to accommodate your needs.

As your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.

In case of a no-show, the full treatment cost will be charged.

Alternatively, you may reschedule your appointment for another available day, subject to availability.

Please note that late arrival may reduce the duration of your treatment accordingly.

We offer specially designed treatments for pregnant women.

Please consult with our spa team for guidance in selecting the treatments that are most suitable during this special time.

 To help you enjoy your treatment in the best possible way, we recommend that you:

Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, so you can complete your medical history form and prepare calmly for your session.

Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before your treatment.

Take a shower before your visit for optimal hygiene.

If you are arriving from the beach, please make sure that all sand is removed from your body and feet.

Remove jewelry and metallic items before your session.

Keep your mobile phone on silent, so the peaceful atmosphere of the spa is preserved for all guests.

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment, which can impact its effectiveness and your overall experience.

This is your time to relax, so please let us know if you have any preferences regarding room temperature, massage pressure, or music volume.

Your comfort is our top priority.

All treatments are performed in underwear, either personal or disposable.

For your comfort, disposable underwear may be provided where appropriate. Your therapist will always ensure that you feel comfortable, respected, and properly covered throughout the treatment.

At the time of booking, please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs.

This information will allow our spa therapists to recommend the most suitable treatments for you.

All prices are quoted in EURO currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or cash, according to your preference.

Payment is required prior to treatment.

Our spa is dedicated to maintaining an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy and quiet of the spa.

Mobile phones should be turned off during your visit, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa area.

The spa is designed for guests aged 16 and older.
